Welcome to the Caste-Based Discrimination Committee section at Dhamma Dipa International Buddhist University (DDIBU). Our mission is to uphold the principles of equality, justice, and inclusivity by addressing and combating caste-based discrimination in all its forms within our university community.

The Caste-Based Discrimination Committee at DDIBU is committed to creating a campus environment where every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness, regardless of their caste or social background. We recognize that caste-based discrimination is a deeply entrenched issue that requires proactive measures to address and eradicate.

Our committee comprises faculty members, staff, and student representatives who are dedicated to promoting awareness, providing support, and advocating for the rights of those affected by caste-based discrimination. We work tirelessly to ensure that incidents of discrimination are promptly addressed and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent their recurrence.

In addition to responding to reports and complaints, the Caste-Based Discrimination Committee engages in educational initiatives aimed at raising awareness about the harmful effects of caste-based discrimination and promoting a culture of equality and inclusion. Through workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns, we strive to empower the university community to recognize and challenge discriminatory attitudes and behaviors.

At DDIBU, we are committed to creating a campus environment where diversity is celebrated, and every individual is valued for their unique contributions. By standing together against caste-based discrimination and promoting a culture of respect and solidarity, we can create a more just and equitable society for all.
