Welcome to the SC/ST Welfare Scheme section at Dhamma Dipa International Buddhist University (DDIBU). Our initiative is dedicated to promoting the welfare, empowerment, and equal opportunities for students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) within our university community.

The SC/ST Welfare Scheme at DDIBU aims to address the unique challenges and barriers faced by students from SC and ST backgrounds, ensuring that they have access to the support and resources necessary to excel academically and fulfill their potential. We recognize the importance of creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student, regardless of their social background, feels valued, respected, and supported.

Our scheme offers a range of support services and initiatives tailored to the needs of SC and ST students, including academic guidance, mentorship programs, financial assistance, and access to educational resources. We are committed to providing a level playing field for all students and ensuring that no student is left behind due to socio-economic factors.

In addition to providing support services, the SC/ST Welfare Scheme works to raise awareness about issues affecting SC and ST communities, promote social inclusion, and advocate for policies that advance the rights and interests of marginalized groups. Through educational workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs, we strive to create a more equitable and just society.

At DDIBU, we are committed to creating a campus environment where students from SC and ST backgrounds can thrive and realize their aspirations. By providing support, resources, and advocacy, we aim to empower SC and ST students to overcome obstacles, pursue their dreams, and contribute positively to society. Together, let us build a future where every student has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their social background.
